What Is Out There

Like I said in my introduction , I’m going to be talk about what is out there when it comes to digestive problems. I want introduce the disorders that I will be talking about. When I was told I had had Irritable bowel syndrome, there was a moment in my mind that made me freeze. I had no clue what that was and I sort thought that I was dying. The doctor told me what happens to my body when I experience symptoms of the disease won’t be deadly, but I just have to be careful. Hello there! My name is Sarah Blain.   I am a 23 year old college student from Troy University who likes a lot of things, but I really love food.   I found out, though, that food does not love me. I started to have digestive problems whenever I would eat certain things.   Then, it got to the point that I had problems when I ate everything. Around this time last year, I was diagnosed with a mild case of IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. In my description, IBS is triggered when food travels to the colon and something messes up on the way there.   It’s like the large and small intestines get confused and have a mild panic attack when food is involved.   Symptoms that come with this gastrointestinal disorder are abdominal pain, bloating, gas, cramping and food intolerance.
